Step 11 continued: Combine the discarded pairs with the nine
cards set aside in Step 9 and shuffle twice. Draw cards at
random from this pile and place them face down on the table
until, in combination with those remaining, there are sixteen.
(For example, if after removing the pairs there were seven
cards remaining on the table, draw nine. If eight were
remaining, draw eight.)
