Step 11: Set aside the queen of diamonds and gather up all the
other cards used to tell the past and future. Be sure to leave
out the nine cards put aside in Step 8. Shuffle the newly
gathered cards once and draw cards one at a time from the
top. Place them face up on the table, removing and putting
aside any pairs which appear. (For example, if you draw an 8
and another 8 is on the table, remove them both.) Continue
until all cards have been drawn. Including the Queen of
Diamonds with these, count the cards remaining on the table.
